Ping.Er.Rain is my online identity.
My real name is Priscilla.
I'm born and live all my life in Singapore and I love to make accessories for myself.
But what to do with all the excess materials?
Encouraged by friends, I decided to open a small blog shop to create more accessories from these excess materials.
That was in 2002.
Many years down, it has became a hobby I do when I am free during weekends or some free time to de-stress.
Many of my materials now comes from places when I travel or some surprise finds when I am out.
Therefore many of my pieces, I could only do one piece per design.
Creations and Inspirations
I love flowers (especially roses) and butterflies, I love the colours purple and pink and blues.
I guess you can see all these elements around my blogshop.
I also love some styles that celebrities wear, so sometimes out of fun, I will recreate almost similar to what the celebrities wear, with minimal cost.
I also love the crescent moon shapes and stars, so every year during my blogshop anniversary, I will create something very symbolic to the crescent moon and the star shapes in my creations.
I also notice that those are very popular shapes, I will try to make more of those in the future...
